Project Overview

Dubai Islands is a visionary waterfront development by Nakheel Group, designed as a collection of five beautiful islands connected to Dubai by bridges and water transport. The project offers a unique coastal lifestyle where modern residential communities, hotels, beaches, parks, golf courses, leisure attractions, and entertainment destinations come together in one large waterfront master plan.

The islands stretch across more than 50 km of coastline, with around 20 km of beaches, including one beach awarded the Blue Flag. Dubai Islands is located in the north of Dubai, offering a rare balance between peaceful island living and easy access to the city center. The archipelago is connected to the mainland by a new bridge and can also be accessed through water transport, allowing residents and visitors to enjoy scenic travel routes.
