Eden House Za’abeel embodies a striking balance between sculptural architecture and unexpected warmth, reflecting the dynamic contrast between DIFC’s urban energy and Za’abeel’s refined calm. Designed by DXB Lab with interiors by Tristan Auer, the residences are shaped by architectural clarity, tactile detail, and raw materiality, creating a lifestyle that feels both sophisticated and deeply connected to its surroundings.
The building presents a powerful architectural statement, resembling a beautifully carved sculpture that commands attention through simplicity and quiet confidence. Its concrete form reveals a surprising softness in materiality, while the design takes inspiration from the site’s original Ghaf groves. Graceful curvilinear gestures, textured concrete façades, cascading greenery, and a rhythmic grid of balconies with curved handrails create a refined balance between urban sophistication and organic elegance.
Courtyards and verdant landscaping offer peaceful spaces for pause, gathering, and connection, shaping a lifestyle that is both private and community-oriented. With service designed to anticipate needs with warmth and precision, Eden House Za’abeel creates a calm residential rhythm within a neighbourhood that blends residential serenity with urban dynamism.
The interiors, envisioned by Tristan Auer, continue the dialogue between design and nature. Bold architectural forms are balanced with softer ornamental details, while a disciplined monochromatic palette is complemented by natural stone, marble, and warm woods. Reflective and matte surfaces enhance the changing light throughout the home, while organic shapes, stone mosaics, and timber details add refined tactile interest.
The kitchens are equipped with integrated electric appliances by Smeg or equivalent, including a full-height fridge, full-height freezer, hob, hood or extractor fan, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer. Furnishing details include shutters in wood-effect high-grade laminate matching a light oak wood finish, interior shelving and drawers in linen-effect high-grade laminate, and soft-closing high-grade stainless steel hardware by Blum or equivalent.
